Bubbly Balls

Did you see these cool bubbly balls in the January issue of Martha Stewart Living?
They look super easy to make and I think they are way cute!
Check out page 42 in the January 2010 Martha Stewart living for instructions.

    I had a friend named Dee Dee growing up, I have never heard that name since.
