I learned how to make these easy cinnamon and sugar crepes when I was about 7 years old and they have been a favorite ever since.
I love that I almost always have the ingredients on hand.
Ingredients for crepes
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
In a medium size bowl whisk all ingredients together.
Make sure the batter is super smooth and has no lumps.
Heat skillet or frying pan on medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter in to the heated skillet.
Hold skillet up and rotate in a circular motion so batter covers the pan, making an even circle.
Cook for about one minute.
Flip crepe over and cook for about one minute.
Transfer to plate.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over crepe.
Roll crepe and enjoy.
This can be made with fruit or whatever filling you like.
I personally like just the cinnamon and sugar for a sweet little treat.
*tip spread a little butter on the crepe before the cinnamon and sugar for an extra yummy taste.
