Let's all resolve to freshen up our Thanksgiving decorations this year and drop the dated cornucopias and dowdy brown. I'm thinking a mix of deep purple, gold and green could be just the right thing to modernize the table. Not that your guests will really notice the decor since they'll be preoccupied by the food. Unless your gravy is lumpy of course.

I love the veggies running the length of the table. It would be cute to just plant some decorative cabbages in a long rectangle planter as well.
