A few weeks ago I got to try out the Shirley J Honey Wheat Bread Mix.
I haven't ever been big on making bread from scratch. too much work for me.
I was thrilled to find out all I needed to make this yummy bread was water and yeast.
Simple as that.
It was so simple to make and I loved the soft texture and the sweet honey taste.It would be perfect paired with a bowl of warm soup.
I'm never opposed to fresh-from-the-oven homemade bread! Love that Shirley J makes it easy for me! :)
